American Board of Pathology
This activity meets the American Board of Pathology’s Continuing Certification (CC) Program (formerly known as Maintenance of Certification) requirements for Lifelong Learning (Part II) and Self-Assessment Module (SAM). Participants may earn up to 14.0 credits.
If you wish to pursue American Board of Pathology continuing certification (CC) credits, you will need to complete the required assessment online at the same time as you submit the overall evaluation and claim CME credit following the conference. You will not be able to return at a later date to complete this process. Note that complete responses to all questions included in the CC assessment are required. Incomplete or invalid responses are not accepted by the American Board of Pathology.
During completion of the assessment and overall conference evaluation, you will need to provide your ABP ID number and date of birth.
Please note that Continuing Certification/MOC credits are not awarded to the participant until their assessment is reviewed and completion data is submitted to the ACCME, which is then transmitted to the ABPath (once verified successfully).
Once data is transmitted and verified successfully by the ABPath, the Continuing Certification/MOC credits will show up in the learner’s ABPath board profile/record. This process may take several months.
UC San Diego CME will not be providing you with a certificate for the MOC credits.
