Activity Name:	6th Annual Western Interventional Next Gen Symposium
Needs Assessment:	This one-day educational conference focuses on what is new and notable in interventional radiology. The conference will be separated into topic lecture sessions (in a rapid-fire format), and a best case/worst case session, where use of new and novel techniques will be featured in addition to morbidity/mortality. There will be a total of 6.5 hours of topic lectures and one hour of best case/worst case for a total of 7.5 hours of educational content.
Course Objectives:	At the conclusion of this course, participants should be able to: Plan transition from training to independent practice in interventional radiology Describe the contemporary advances in cancer treatment including immunotherapy, brachytherapy and IR interventions Select advanced techniques in dialysis interventions, chronic deep venous occlusive disease, and endoleaks Brand and build an IR practice Differentiate which patients need surgical versus medical versus interventional radiology treatments Integrate clinical skills into their perioperative management of interventional radiology patients
