This module discusses the mental health challenges - including those of health care providers - and lessons learned from UCSF COPE, with a focus on building institutional resources for preparedness for future challenges. UCSF COPE is an employee coping and resiliency program, created during the COVID-19 crisis to provide emotional support for all UCSF employees.
