Course Objectives:
NRMP is excited to:
Identify stakeholders from both sides of the continuum who can present on the challenges COVID-19 has posed to the transition to residency and the solutions identified to address them.
Work with invited speakers to link the current pandemic to their discussions about equity, wellness, and bias.
Encourage attendees to share the lessons they've learned and changes they are implementing to address the needs of the 2021 graduating class.
