After you have registered to claim your credit...

Steps to Access Online Evaluations and Certificates

Step #1
•  Go to the bottom of the page and click CONTINUE to access the next page, ACTIVITY MATERIAL

Step #2
• Click on the document title to open and/or save document
• Go to the bottom of the page and click CONTINUE to access the next page, EVALUATION

Step #3
• On the EVALUATION page you can access the course evaluation
• To open the course evaluation click LAUNCH
• Upon completion of evaluation, claim credit by clicking on the drop down box and select the number of hours attended. Please only claim credit sessions you attended then click submit
• Click CONTINUE to access the next page, CERTIFICATE 

Step #4
• When the online evaluation is completed, the system will automatically generate your certificate
   (it may take a moment to update your records)
• Click on certificate listed under CREDIT TYPE to open or save document
• Use the TRANSCRIPT link on your home page to view credit and print a duplicate certificate if needed3545
