Activity Name: 2019 North Pacific Child Neurology Colloquium
Description: Co-hosted by UC Davis Health and UCSF Benioff Children's Hospital.
Needs Assessment: This conference is for pediatricians, family practice providers, child neurologists, nurse practitioners, nurses, fellows, residents and medical students. Join us to learn about a variety of child neurology topics, including newborn screening advancements, headache care, pediatric strokes and neurogenetic disease updates.

This activity seeks to help practicing pediatricians and family practice providers increase and improve their knowledge of and potentially change practices for patients with both common and rare disease that carry a high morbidity and mortality rate. Presentations will be given by experts in subspecialty fields and attendees will have the opportunity to interact with leaders in the field.
Course Objectives: Keynote Speaker: Tallie Baram, M.D., Ph.D, Distinguished Professor, Pediatrics; Distinguished Professor, Anatomy & Neurobiology; Distinguished Professor, Neurology; Distinguished Professor, Physiology & Biophysics; Danette Shepard Professor of Neurological Sciences; Director, Conte Center; University of California, Irvine.
