With a 20 year track record of organizing leading conferences dedicated to congenital, structural and valvular heart interventions worldwide, the CSI Foundation is joining forces in the United States with the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF) in 2017. UCSF's history for innovation and clinical excellence for patient care and teaching provides an opportunity to create an exceptional meeting with CSI. The aim of this collaboration is to provide a meeting that will give attendees a comprehensive overview of major topics in catheter and device therapy for structural and valvular heart disease, in addition to novel therapies for atrial fibrillation and heart failure. There will also be sessions on catheter therapy for congenital heart disease in adults. The meeting is designed for interventional cardiologists, cardiothoracic surgeons, anesthesiologists, EP specialists, imaging specialists, nurses, technicians and any other medical specialty involved in these procedures. The program will include lectures from leading experts in the field, case presentations with panel discussions, live/recorded cases, a review of ongoing and future studies and training sessions.
