Step #4 EVALUATION The post-test and course evalution is in the EVALUATION tab Click LAUNCH to open test/evaluation, complete then click on SUBMIT After completing the test/evaluations, go to the bottom of the page and click CONTINUE to access the next tab CERTIFICATE
Step #5 CERTIFICATE Click on the CERTIFICATE name (AACME on the left side of screeen) to open or save CME document

Target Audience This course is available as Staff Development only to UC Davis Health System faculty and staff. The program can be used for credentialing of physicians who perform ultrasound. _______________________________________________________________________________
Course consists of the following elements: Pre-Assessment Course material (two videos) Test (80% to pass test, 16 out of 20 questions) and Course Evaluation CME credit is obtained upon completing the pre-test, viewing the program content, submitting the online evaluation and successfully passing the activity test. An electronic CME certificate will be available after requirements are completed.
It takes approximately 1 hour to complete this activity. _______________________________________________________________________________
Receipt of Credit Once you have completed the course, test and evaluation, you will receive your Statement of Credit and your "My Transcript" page will be updated to reflect the credits earned along with a link to a printable version of the official certificate for that course. ______________________________________________________________________
