For Primary Care, Internal Medicine, Neurology, Neurosurgery, Critical Care, Physiatry, Physical Therapy, Rehabilitation.
A one-day neuroscience conference in Costa Mesa, CA.
Physicians, Nurses, PAs, NPs, residents, fellows, and allied healthcare providers are all welcome.
Course Objectives:
Objectives:
* Modify practice support with communication between PCPs and specialists that will inform the ways that resources are focused to improve care coordination.
* Identify neurological disorders in patients such that the time gap in patient care referrals from PCPs to specialists is limited.
* Elevate reputation and exposure of Neurosciences programs as a venue to improve patient care coordination and reduce negative consequences for patients.
