Activity Information:	The Group on Faculty Affairs (GFA) for the Association of American Medical Colleges (AAMC) has a mission "to build and sustain faculty vitality in medical schools and teaching hospital". As a medical school within the AAMC, we are working to support this mission through faculty development and a newly created Academy for Innovation in Medical Education at UCI. Objectives: * Define a pedagogical method * List benefits and challenges of the pedagogical method (if appropriate) * Identify at least one use case in medical education for the pedagogical method * Describe an educational technology tool * List benefits and challenges of the educational technology tool (if appropriate) * Identify at least one use case in medical education for the educational technology tool.
