Tips to access activity On the UC Davis page
• Scroll down to "Claim Credit for Live Activities" and Click on course • Click on the yellow SELECT button on the upper right side of the screen Returning participant - click on the yellow RESUME button • You will need the access code sent to you by email
Once in the course: COURSE MATERIAL, EVALUATION AND CME CERTIFICATE INSTRUCTIONS
Go to the bottom of the page and click CONTINUE to move to ACTIVITY MATERIAL ACTIVITY MATERIAL • Click SYLLABUS to access course material • Click CONTINUE to access the next page
EVALUATION
• Open the course evaluation click LAUNCH • Upon completion of evaluation, claim credit by clicking on the drop down box and select the number of hours attended. • Claim credit sessions you attended then click SUBMIT • Click CONTINUE to access the next page
CERTIFICATE • The system will automatically generate your certificate • Click on certificate listed under CREDIT TYPE to open or save document • Use the TRANSCRIPT link on your home page to view credit and print a duplicate certificate if needed
